Personal Organization:

Kenia and the Vana Homes team specialize in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Personal organization of your home will help to keep the home running smoothly so you have more time for your self and your loved ones. Area by area we can help you with purging, organizing, system creation & maintenance. $150/hr per space.

Deep Cleaning

If you are a regular Vana Homes client, a deep cleaning includes special attention to extra details like bathroom fans, baseboards, windows, inside cabinets, indoor and outdoor window cleaning, decks, garages, closets etc. Expect your home to be pristine from top to bottom! $400 and up.

If you are new to Vana Homes, you may want our staff to come in and help you jump start your home with a seasonal deep clean. This will include an all over cleaning of the home including closets, basements, decks, etc. This can be the perfect way to reset your home perhaps before the back-to-school season or after some spring cleaning purging.

Seasonal Cleaning can also include basic organization suggestions to help your home run more smoothly including storage areas, kitchen flow, mud rooms, linen closets etc. $550 and up.

Homes for Sale - Cleaning & Staging:

Pre-Listing Cleaning: Clean the entire house, organize and make minor changes to prepare for staging. $400 and up.

Pre-Listing Cleaning and Staging. This includes:

  • touch up painting

  • arranging furniture

  • art and decorations in all rooms

  • choosing items that need to go into storage

  • helping to suggest new items that will highlight rooms and areas.

  • $3000 and up.

Organization and Home Flow Strategy Meetings

For a strategy meeting, Kenia will come to your home and offer expert advice and suggestions on design, style, furniture set up, simple storage tips, and rearranging that can be done. These meetings are designed to help you have a vision and plan for your home - they do not include the work but offer detailed advice and planning. $100 and up.

Laundry services:

  • washing

  • folding

  • organizing

  • ($120/ 2 standard loads of laundry)

Packing & Unpacking:

Vana Homes is ready to help you relocate for the season, permanently.

  • organizing

  • providing appropriate supplies for packing and storing

  • sorting items by season or use

  • appropriate packing including safety wrapping for delicate items etc.

  • unpacking, organizing, planning and setting up your new home

  • or getting you and your family set up and settled into your seasonal home

  • $100/hr+

Hosting & Entertaining services:

  • event coordinating

  • event decorating

  • event support services (ex: servers, bartenders, florists, linen services, furniture services, etc...)

  • catering services
