Years of experience helping to run, manage, clean, style and care for beautiful homes helped to cultivate Kenia’s talents. A deep understanding of the small changes that can make you feel serene and cared for in your own home, an ability to create functionality and style, and detailed understanding of how to keep things running smoothly all combine to create the Vana Homes experience. Kenia has trained her team to meet her exceptionally high standards, and to have the compassion and attention to detail necessary to do this work. It is an honor for the Vana team to help you create and maintain your dream home.

Kenia Lacy - Owner & Founder
My story begins in a small town in the Northeast of Brazil. At a young age, I moved to the big city to study Public Relations at university. Being in the city allowed me to chase my dream of being surrounded by innovative people and ideas.
During my time living in the city, I had various professional opportunities working in public relations and hospitality. All these wonderful experiences ultimately led me to Miami Beach where I honed in on my niche for personalized hospitality services.
After several years happily building my client and work experience I met my amazing husband. They say loves comes when you’re least expecting it and that is exactly what happened. Erick is a successful project manager and engineer here in metro west Boston and that is how I ended up leaving Miami Beach and coming to New England.
Shortly after we got married, I became pregnant with my first daughter Val, and years later, welcomed our youngest, Ana into our lives. Moving to New England was a completely new experience for me. I wanted to use this fresh start as a way to continue to do what I loved while finding a new passion for a new sector of hospitality which I define as home concierge.
I built Vana Homes from the ground up, using my hopitality background and innate creativity to make a difference in people’s lives in a simple yet powerful way!
Family has always been important to me, so when naming my own company I looked no further than my family—Val and Ana—creating the name Vana. I am so honored and excited to get to know you and create the best possible home concierge experience for you.
Vanessa - Senior Project Manager
I am a 30 year old wife and mother of one happy little boy. My hands on experiences as a mom make me better at my job because Vana Homes works so closely supporting families. My practical expertice allows me to recommend and implement home care and operating systems that are tried and true! I am have always been passionate about hospitality and management so I pursued an education in Hospitality and Business Administration. I love working with Kenia at Vana Homes because the work is a perfect fit for my interests. Working at Vana Homes gives me the opportunity to combine my passion for hospitality and home management through our cleaning, operating and home concierge services. I look forward to exploring how our team can best support you and your family in having the home and lifestyle of your dreams.
Marina - Project Manager
I get great joy from work that helps people live with less stress and more ease. I love working with Kenia at Vana Home because I get to put into practice my education in Business Administration and it feeds my passion to help others and my love of organizing things. I can't wait to work with you! I am also a 26 year old wife and mother of two.

Erick and Kenia’s loving marriage has produced a beautiful family.
Erick originally met Kenia in Miami. He was living in New England and have traveled to Miami for a vacation. Kenia was living in Miami and working in hospitality. To work in hospitality meant that Kenia started work in the late morning and worked into and through many evenings. Because of her work hours, Erick took her on a breakfast date. The rest is history. Erick is an engineer project manager with Consigli. He is the cook in the family, and his favorite dishes to make are shell fish, steak and pasta. He has a passion for coaching and has been coaching Ana’s town basketball team for 3 years. He also loves to bike and run. Kenia and Erick are best friends who enjoy learning about wine, doing home projects and designing together. Erick is a huge supporter of Vana Homes and is incredibly proud of Kenia’s immense talents. Kenia and Erick have 2 children, Val and Ana.
Val works with Vana Homes in marketing and social media management. She went to Suffolk University for undergrad and graduated with her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. She is now working as an immigration attorney in Austin, Texas. She loves to read, travel and try all different kinds of foods. She is passionate about helping people and has a history of helping the homeless. She also loves to play volleyball.
Ana is in 9th grade in Medfield. She loves to play volleyball and has a black belt in karate. Ana inherited her paternal grandmothers appreciation for piano and loves learning how to play. She also likes to build things - she has an engineer’s mind like her father! She designed her own loft in her new bedroom and she spends a lot of time creating with legos.
